Worriless Living: (wûr'e-less living)
- Living a successful, healthy, enriched life
- Living in harmony, balance, and abundance
- Infinite energy and passion to create and live the life you love
- Taking out the trash before it rots!
These are my definitions for a term I call worriless living. You can create a life free of worry, fear, hatred, jealousy, apathy, revenge—and instead live a balanced, harmonious, abundantly successful life filled with passion, creativity, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, and happiness. You can will this into your life if you choose to—and what you will into your life transpires, for better or for worse.
There are people who choose to will into their life good things—good people, good health, good income, good living, good energy, (even good parking spots!), etc. Their lives get better and better. They are not without troubles, but when they have difficulties, they will into their lives all that they need to return to a highly energized and successful, healthy, enriched life. They are doing it now all around you. Maybe you’re one of them. If so, then you know it takes a persevering spirit to keep our minds connected to the energy that helps us create the lives we intend to live.
Those who are on this highly conscientious path of awareness are committed to a purpose of worriless living—boldly living without fear, negativity, and self-destruction. You too can live this way!
However, the opposite is also true. You can will into your life problem after problem—if you focus on the negative and on that which you do not want in your life, suddenly you will find that it too transpires (all because you have allowed it to dwell in your consciousness and thus even beckoned it into being).
But wait, I can hear the objections now: “I never asked for trouble.” Maybe not directly; perhaps you merely thought about or worried about all the bad things that you don’t want to experience, thus making that a part of your daily conscious and subconscious mind. When your head is overflowing with such negative trash, you cannot make room for treasures. Think of it the way writer Ekhart Tolle explains it, “Whatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists.”

Excerpt from Principle One:
- I Choose to Be Successful
It should be quite obvious by now that there is a common ingredient in the recipe for success; those who are successful never reach their full capacity without seasoning their life with this key ingredient.
Simply stated, successful people consciously choose to co-create their destiny.
This is how we all start out. Nobody comes into the world saying, “I choose to be unsuccessful.” The true definition of a successful person is that he or she repeatedly chooses to be successful despite the obstacles.
When things don’t go right for successful people they don’t give up. They come back with a vengeance. They have decided before they attempt to do something that they’re going to succeed. When one method doesn’t work, they are confident that another avenue will get them what they desire. They do not recoil from failure; they embrace it and repeatedly choose to transform their woes into wonders. We have all exercised this kind of self-discipline and ability to make persistent efforts with little things—searching until we find misplaced items in unusual places, or just trying and trying to do something until we finally accomplish it. We didn’t give up; this same kind of discipline can be applied to our lives to create overall harmony. What we expect out of life is what is delivered to us. Are you telling yourself positive, supportive statements that encourage success, or are you filling your head with self-defeating, negative talk (trash that, if left uncensored, will eventually rot)?
Successful people have an affirming dialog running through their heads. Their thoughts are focused on solutions, win-win situations, achieving, being highly productive, resourceful, happy, and fulfilled. They are not focused on why something won’t work. Successful people find ways to make possible things that others thought were impossible. They enjoy life. They believe they deserve their success. They choose to Take Out the Trash because they realize that garbage serves no purpose in their mission to succeed.
